Checklist before sending
a unit for repair

Please check the following
before sending your machine for repair:
 
1. ARE YOU USING CARDS THAT MEET OUR SPECIFICATION?
There are many variations among different cards. We recommend Copag poker size cards. Other cards may work, but we have done most of our testing using Copag. If the machine is running but jamming repeatedly, please be sure that you test your machine using clean, undamaged Copag poker size cards before sending for repair.
 
2. CLEAN ALL ROLLERS AND KICKERS.
Follow the instruction in our manual to clean the rollers and kickers using a Q-Tip and rubbing alcohol.
 
3. TRY THE UNIT ON THE TABLE.
If the machine is malfunctioning while installed in your table, try running the machine on top of your table. In many cases, improper flush mount installation can cause the machine to malfunction. For example, if the bottom bar on the mounting kit is overtightened, it may compress the bottom of the unit, reduce tension on the elevator belts, and cause the elevator to malfunction.
4. VERIFY THAT CENTER TRAY DIVERTERS ARE PIVOTING UP AND DOWN FROM BOTH THE FRONT AND REAR OF THE MACHINE.
The center tray diverters pivot down from both the front and rear of the machine to guide the cards from the side trays to the center tray. If one or both are stuck, the cards will not flow smoothly, and may turn upward or flip over, causing jams and mis-shuffles.
 
If the problem still exsists, please read our repair guidelines below:
 
WARRANTY REPAIR:
Within a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase of a new machine we repair it free of charge, with free return to customer within Europe.
 
MACHINES PAST ONE YEAR WARRANTY:
After one year from the date of purchase, we will repair worn/damaged machines at the following repair costs:
1st Hour: 40 Euros (excl. VAT)
Additional hours: 30 Euros/hour,
plus return shipping cost.
(We assume a 6 month warranty for a repair work.)
We generally use DPD for shipping, but gladly arrange any other courier on request.
(Note: Most worn/damaged machines require about 1-2 hours of service to repair.)

Consider ordering an upgrade for 145.00 EUR (excl. VAT), and get many new features, have free repair of actual fault, and free return included! (to EU countries only)

Please send your faulty Shuffle Tech unit(s) in the original or other safe packaging, without the adapter or any other accessories. Add a short description of the error, a printed copy of the original invoice, and an email address where our service staff can contact you on occasion, and send altogether to the following address:
